Questions about how pricing works.
One payment is one disbursement to one supplier. If you are paying three suppliers from a single project, that counts as three payments. Partial payments and installment disbursements each count as one payment per transfer event.
Yes. You can process your first payment on Candex at no charge. This lets your AP team validate the workflow and confirm ERP compatibility before committing to a plan.
FX conversion is included in the per-payment fee. We apply market exchange rates at the time of disbursement. You authorize in USD; the supplier receives their local currency. There are no separate wire transfer fees or conversion markups.
If a supplier does not pass KYB verification or appears on a sanctions list, we notify your AP team immediately and hold the payment. We do not charge the per-payment fee for failed compliance checks. Your compliance team receives a report explaining the reason for the hold.
Yes. You can upgrade to Scale at any point. The monthly subscription fee is prorated from the upgrade date. Payments made before the upgrade remain at the Launch per-payment rate.
Enterprise teams processing more than 50 payments per month are eligible for volume pricing. Contact our sales team to discuss a custom rate based on your expected volume and transaction sizes.
